Hollow channels reduce the amount of core material.
HollowDoor Core
Less weight. A useful door core.
A lighter door-core panel made with hollow channels inside. The tubular design reduces the amount of material used while keeping a board shape.
It is intended for interior door manufacturing where a lighter core is preferred. The whole door, including its frame and faces, must suit the project.

The earlier catalogue describes circular channels inside.
Reference sizes include 33 mm and 38 mm.
Used with suitable door facing panels and edge framing.
Designed for lighter interior doors.
Use this core with appropriate facing sheets and a strong perimeter frame. The hardware and completed door determine the final performance.
