Made for the details that matter.
FibraPan® EZ is a standard MDF board with an even surface and a consistent fibre core. It is designed for general use in dry indoor spaces, from fitted furniture to painted interior panels.
Smooth, even surface
Suitable for surface finishing, coating and painting with the right preparation.
Consistent fibre core
Supports cutting, routing and other joinery work.
For dry indoor spaces
General-purpose board; not a moisture-resistant grade.
Low formaldehyde emission
Finsa reports ≤ 0.05 ppm under EN 717-1:2004.

Smooth surface, consistent core.
A clear view of the even face and balanced fibre structure used for interior machining and finishing.
From wood to fine fibres.
Small diameter
Small pieces of wood are prepared for processing.Wood chips
Wood is broken into smaller pieces.Fibres

Applications

Handling, storage & safety
Storage & handling
Keep panels flat, covered and away from water.
- Store under cover on a flat surface.
- Finsa recommends around 65% relative humidity for storage; avoid extremes.
- Do not allow direct contact with water.
- Keep spacers lined up vertically.
- Do not stack more than four packs high.
- Repackage damaged packaging to protect the boards.
- Bad stacking or humidity changes can cause permanent warping.
Safe processing
Plan for wood dust when cutting and machining.
- Use dust extraction where cutting, sanding and routing create dust.
- Keep processing areas properly ventilated.
- Use suitable breathing, eye and hand protection.
- Assess workplace risks before processing panels.
- Follow health and safety rules and exposure limits that apply locally.
- Refer to the full Finsa documentation for detailed safety advice.
