V-THERM 5027 is an EVA-based hot melt for the wood industry. The technical sheet specifies use with suitable automatic edgebanding machines and BAZ for bonding wood and plastic edges. It is also suitable for wrapping profiles, especially veneer applications.

In the event of prolonged machine stops, the technical sheet advises lowering the melting temperature and periodically checking the actual temperature of the melted glue. Check the quality of the bond and adjust glue quantity to suit the support.
Keep the container closed and protected from bad weather, heat sources and direct solar radiation.
The product is stated to remain stable for 24 months when properly stored.
