Purpose of the website
fadenex.com is a product catalogue and business-inquiry website. It does not currently provide online checkout or collect payment-card details. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or create a binding sales contract.
Product descriptions
Product information, images, technical characteristics and linked manufacturer documents are provided to help visitors evaluate products. Actual grade, dimensions, availability, applicable certification and suitability should be confirmed in a written quotation and the relevant product documentation before purchase. Images may be illustrative.
Quotations and contracts
Prices, supply terms, delivery dates, payment arrangements, warranties and specifications for any purchase are governed by the accepted written quotation, invoice or other agreed contract and mandatory applicable law. A website message or automated acknowledgment alone is not confirmation of an order.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may browse and reference the website for legitimate product and purchasing inquiries. The site’s design, original materials and trademarks are protected to the extent permitted by law. Manufacturer names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not impersonate FADENEX, interfere with the service or reproduce protected material unlawfully.
External services and links
Links to manufacturers, maps, WhatsApp and third-party documents or websites may be provided for convenience. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply when you choose to use them.
