Information you choose to send
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address and message. You may also provide a company name and phone number. If you contact us by telephone, email, or WhatsApp, we process the information you share in that communication. The form is not an account-registration or online-payment service.
How and why we use it
We use inquiry information to read and answer your request, prepare a requested quotation, continue relevant business correspondence, prevent spam or abuse, and meet applicable legal requirements. We do not use the inquiry form as an automatic enrollment in marketing messages. Any separate direct-marketing communications require an appropriate lawful basis and opt-out mechanism.
Services involved
Inquiry submissions are sent to Formspree, which processes and stores the submissions and forwards notifications. Authorized FADENEX staff may receive the details through our Microsoft 365/Outlook business email and configured WhatsApp notifications. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. These service providers may process technical or personal information under their own arrangements. Embedded Google Maps and Google-hosted fonts may cause browser requests to Google when used or loaded.
Technical data and cookies
When you visit the site, infrastructure and security services may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and technical logs to serve and protect the website. FADENEX has not intentionally installed advertising pixels or website analytics cookies in its current site configuration. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies. The Cookie Policy explains more. Third-party content, such as embedded maps, may use its own technologies.
International processing
Some providers, including Formspree, Cloudflare, Microsoft and Google, may process information outside Saudi Arabia. We must assess and manage any cross-border transfer as required by applicable Saudi data-protection rules. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a general sales inquiry.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry correspondence only while needed to respond, manage relevant commercial matters or meet legal obligations, and then remove it according to applicable retention requirements. Different providers may maintain security logs and backups under their policies. Access is limited to authorized business personnel, and we use proportionate safeguards; no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights and contact
Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may request information about our processing, access to your data, correction, a copy where applicable, deletion when legally available, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.
