If you have purchased a product
If you purchased goods from FADENEX through a separate quotation, invoice or contract, contact [email protected] with your invoice or order reference, product details and reason for your request. We will assess the request against your agreed sale terms and any mandatory legal rights.
Consumer return and cancellation rights
Where Saudi consumer e-commerce rules apply, qualifying consumers may have a statutory right to cancel or return eligible goods within the applicable period (generally seven days, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions), and rights concerning certain delivery delays. Damage, defects and incorrect supply

Collection, shipping and refund method
Return transport, inspection, replacement and refund timing depend on the circumstances, agreed supply terms and applicable law. Any approved refund will normally be made using a documented payment method agreed with the purchaser; this website itself does not process refunds or hold payment cards.
